The Wytheville Community College Board will meet on March 7 for its regular session.

Community colleges in Southwest Virginia (SWVA) participated, both collectively and individually, in studies to determine specifically how having community colleges in the southwestern part of the state contributes to the local and regional economic landscape.

Wytheville Community College (WCC) was saddened to learn of the passing of Dr. Edwin L. Barnes who served as WCC’s Acting President from 2005-2006. 

The Wytheville Community College Board Honorary Degree Committee will meet on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 2 p.m. on WCC’s Wytheville campus at 1000 East Main Street, Wytheville, Virginia. (Closed Session) 

Wytheville Community College is now accepting nominations for the 2024 Distinguished Service Awards Program. The deadline for nominations is Friday, February 9, 2024. 

(WCC) Theatre is holding auditions for the Spring play. Auditions will be held on January 30, 2024, and January 31, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., in Snyder Auditorium in Grayson Hall on WCC’s Wytheville campus.

The Wytheville Concert Series will hold their winter performance on January 19, 2024, at 7 p.m., at the Wytheville Presbyterian Church. 

Wytheville Community College has released its Fall 2023 Dean's List and President's Honor Roll. 

The Wytheville Community College Choir will perform two  holiday concerts this year.
